Posted:February 1, 2020 at 10:12 am

Treat the women in your life all day every day but don’t forget to treat them extra special on Mother’s Day which takes place on Sunday 22 March. Your leading ladies deserve only the best, so roll out the red carpet and take a look at the best mum-friendly events happening around London. You can thank us later.

Thomas Cubitt

Nothing says ‘I love you’ more than a leisurely Sunday roast dinner. You can dine in the cosy pub downstairs or enjoy your Sunday lunch in the more formal surroundings of the dining room upstairs.

Their meat is locally and sustainably sourced in Britain and is butchered on-site which means they can offer interesting cuts (subject to change weekly).

Guests who book after 7 pm on Mother’s Day will also receive a glass of Taittinger as a gift for Mum.

A little bird tells us they have a Magnum of Taittinger up for grabs too. Guests just need to pre-book for Sunday 22nd and quote ‘Taittinger’ when making their booking for a chance to win!

Whittard of Chelsea has been going strong since 1886 when Walter Whittard set up his first shop on London’s Fleet Street.

There’s more to the story than what’s in your teacup, and in this masterclass, you’ll go back in time and learn about the history of the humble leaf, before tasting a fair few. The masterclass takes place in the charming tea shop in the heart of Covent Garden. This one will make any tea lover weak with excitement!
